Applying for the COG Grant

Clifford residents under 25 years old, their parent/carer or organisation on their behalf can apply for a Clifford Opportunities Grant (COG). You can apply for up to £250 per claim to support involvement in education, learning or sports activities. You can make more than one claim (each claim must be for separate items). The deadline for each claim is no more than 2 months after the date of expenditure. Grants are awarded subject to meeting the Trust’s policy criteria.

Evidence of Expenditure

Your application will be rejected if proof of payment doesn't have a date on it! You MUST claim within 2 months of the date of expenditure. ESSENTIAL. We must have printed evidence, with details of what has been purchased and when it was paid for (i.e. DATED). There must be at least one attachment for your application to be assessed. Any claim made after two months of the purchase/ invoice date will be rejected. *
