About Us
The Clifford Opportunities Grant
We are a branch of the village’s Educational Trust which can give grants exclusively to young people of Clifford towards the cost of aspects of their education, including physical activities.
To be eligible for a grant you have to be:
> Under the age of 25 years
> Be a resident of Clifford parish
We support qualifying residents in a range of education-related purchases, from membership, books, lessons, courses and excursions. We welcome applications not listed that would help the education of the applicant.
All you have to do is make an application giving the information requested in the application form. All our grants are discretionary and depend on what you tell us.
The value of a grant is dependent on the income available at the time of application.
The income of the Trust comes from an endowment given to the village in the 19th century.
